Doris grew up in Williamson County on a working farm and ranch. She learned to grow crops and raise livestock, with a specialty in registered Hereford bulls. If you know anything about life on the farm, you know she’s used to working hard. Her upbringing helped Doris develop a strong and honest work ethic.

After graduation, Doris moved to Burnet County, where she got married and raised her family. Her roots run deep in Central Texas, as she’s now a proud grandmother to grandchildren who are also being raised in Burnet.

With a strong devotion to God and family, Doris lives by strong values and morals. Prior to her time in real estate, Doris worked for law enforcement in the child abuse and crisis response field. She has received many service awards, including Volunteer of the Year and Law Enforcement of the Year, and she served as chair of the committee to develop the Boys and Girls Club. She loves helping others, and that compassion is what ultimately led her to become a real estate agent.
